Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AAA PLUS, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with every project.

  • Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel services by written notice before the campaign or project begins. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds After Work Begins: If work has already started (strategy, content creation, ads setup, or campaign execution), refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed.
  • Non-Refundable Services:
    • Monthly subscription services (e.g., social media management, ad management) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
    • Customized or project-based services (e.g., branding, creative content production, website design) are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Termination of Ongoing Services: Clients may stop future services at any time with 30 days written notice. No refund is provided for the current billing cycle.

  • Our Services Include:
    • Social Media Strategy & Management
    • Paid Advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Content Creation (graphics, videos, copywriting)
    • Influencer Marketing & Campaigns
    • Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Pricing: All services are priced in [AED/USD] and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Standard services (social media management, ads management) are billed monthly in advance.
    • Project-based services (branding, websites, content shoots) require a 50% upfront deposit, with the balance due upon delivery.
  • Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared.
  • Custom Services: Any work outside the agreed scope will be priced separately and requires client approval.
  • Price Adjustments: AAA PLUS reserves the right to update service pricing periodically. Ongoing contracts will maintain agreed pricing until renewal.
